The Radius can be used as it is as, well as easily modified using common farrier tools such as rasp, grinder, bandsaw, and nippers. Recommended nails for composite shoes: Race or E Head. Rasp nailheads after shoeing.
For optimal results, use with very soft (30A durometer or less) impression material.
Pre-drill holes using drill press or hand driver.
